How does shipping work?

DaisyDolls works with global suppliers to ensure we get you great products at great prices. This means that your order is shipped internationally depending on where you live. Delivery can then take up to 25 days.

All of our products come with free tracked delivery so you will see at all times where your order is once shipped. We know you'll be super excited to receive your product so if you have any worries regarding delivery contact us at info@daisydollshop.com

When will my order arrive?

If you have received a notification email stating that your order has been shipped, depending on your country it may still take up to 20 days to be delivered to you. This is for various reasons such as customs clearing packages etc..

Don't worry if your order hasn't been delivered yet, it will come and if for any reason there is a delay contact info@daisydollshop.com 

How do I return a product?

All you have to do is email us at info@daisydollshop.com and we will organize everything.  

 

How do I pick my size?

Please check our size guide on every product page images. All apparel will have an individual size guide on the last image. Please use measurements on these size guides as different countries may have different sizing. 

 

 Cancellations

You must contact us within 2 hours after you purchased your order so we can cancel it. Otherwise we are not able to change anything with your order. Please carefully read our descriptions and shipping times.
